Payment Policy

NHS Treatment:
You will be expected to pay in full for all treatment provided under Bands 1,2 & 4 on the day that you receive the treatment. For any treatment carried out under Band 3, you will usually be required to pay a deposit of £100 towards the NHS charge at the start of the course of treatment and the balance will be payable prior to the completion of the work. However, in some instances it may be necessary for you to pay the full Band 3 charge prior to treatment commencing. Before carrying out any dental treatment under Bands 2 or 3, your dentist will give you a personal dental treatment plan. You will be asked to read and sign this plan, which will provide details of the dental work that your dentist is going to do, and the amount that you will have to pay.

Private Treatment:
Before commencing any treatment under a Private Contract your dentist will provide you with a personal treatment plan which you will be asked to read and sign. The plan will provide details of the dental work that your dentist is going to carry out, along with the amount you will have to pay.

Prior to any treatment commencing under this agreed personal treatment plan, you will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost with the balance of each item on the plan payable on the day they are completed.

We accept most major credit and debit cards as well as cash payments.
